We organise at a low cost, new company formations and supervise all the future statutory filing obligations including Annual Returns, Change of Directors etc., Share Issues and Transfers. A full Registered Office Service is available.

Every company has to have a legal address or registered office. This technically must be open each weekday for the public to examine the statutory records of the company and deliver legal mail. Clients can also benefit from the mail filtering tool which ensures that only appropriate business mail addressed to the registered office will be actioned by us or diverted to your business accordingly.

Our team will not only arrange new company formations we will discuss and implement a corporate structure that delivers what you wish to achieve. All necessary filing requirements will be supervised and monitored by Brearley’s and copies of the statutory files retained by us for scrutiny at any time as required by law.

We closely monitor legislative changes and your compliance with Companies Act 2006. We will help apply a high standard of corporate governance, so protecting the fiduciary responsibilities of the Directors. This is very important as Directors are deemed responsible in law for any noncompliance and can be fined and even jailed when things go wrong.

In addition to day-to-day compliance issues, we also offer a range of services including technical guidance, and future governance. We also advise on company law issues.
