Companies House London office is moving

Companies House is relocating its London information centre to Westminster this autumn

From 7 October 2019, the main registration and search service operation will move from Abbey Orchard Street in SW1 to a new London office in Westminster, near to the old passport office at Petty France.

‘Our new office will continue to fully meet the needs of our business and customers. We’ll offer the same registration and search services as our current London office,’ Companies House said.

The new address is Companies House, Ground Floor, 80 Petty France, Westminster, London SW1H 9EX. Opening hours will be from 9am to 5pm (Monday to Friday) with an external letterbox available for out of hours deliveries.

Companies House also has offices in Cardiff, Edinburgh, Belfast and London. Each office has an information centre with a public search room where users can access digital services to find company information. It also offers document filing, incorporation and advice services.

The Cardiff office is open 24 hours a day for receipt of documents. The other offices operate standard working hours, although there are drop off points at some sites for out-of-hour document submissions.
