Brearley & Co is located on Bridge Street in Swinton, Rotherham, close to Swinton Bridge. It is a seven-minute walk from Swinton train station. Turn right on Lime Grove when leaving the station then right again onto Bridge Street. The office is just over 100 metres after the bridge on the left-hand side. It also accessible from Mexborough Station, taking 20 minutes by foot - turn left onto the A6023 then join Bridge Street at the roundabout.

By car, the office is 15 minutes from Junction 36 of the A1(M). Join the A630 then turn right at Conisbrough Castle and drive through Mexborough. Walker Street car park is across the road from the office and has an EV charging station.

The 208, 218, 218a and 221 buses from Rotherham all stop in close proximity to the office.
